Bindhu is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist(AMFT #118801). Her clinical experience includes working with children, adolescents, teens and adults from diverse cultures and backgrounds in various settings.
Bindhu’s key strengths include experience in helping clients with issues of trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, work-stress, life and career adjustments following immigration, and career transitions. Her focus is on providing holistic, collaborative, strength-based, solution-focused care, utilizing Mindfulness based CBT and creative expressions. Bindhu uses coaching techniques such as Motivational Interviewing and SMART goal setting.
Prior to pursuing counseling education, Bindhu has had successful leadership experience in tech and finance companies. Bindhu has been able to successfully incorporate insights from her professional experience and her perspective on Bay area living in her therapeutic relationships with clients. Her educational background includes B.S in Computer Science, Masters in Business Administration and Masters in Counseling.
