Rates
$200 for individuals and $225 for couples/families per 50-minute session with owner and director Kera Burdick, LMFT
$180 for individuals and $200 for couples/families per 50-minute session with all licensed therapists.
$130 per 50-minute session with all associate therapists.
Insurance We are happy to provide a super bill for insurance or a summary for your flex spending account for sessions with one of our licensed therapists! Services may not be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan, please check with your insurance plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
Reduced Fee Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment. We require a credit or debit card to be on file, but you may pay by cash or check if you prefer.
Cancellation Policy If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
